Friday

The weather was quite nice on Friday evening, so we walked to the Charlestown neighborhood. Along the way we walked through several parks and enjoyed the spring flowers. After dinner we walked around Bunker Hill Monument too.

Saturday

We woke to a chilly, cloudy morning in low 40s, boo! And rain was expected in the afternoon too.

After breakfast we walked around the MIT campus. It was blander than expected, but some interesting sculpture.

Next we took the bus to Harvard Yard. A bit smaller than expected, but definitely has the expected brick charm.

At this point it was starting to drizzle so we ducked into the free Harvard Art Museum. We wandered around for about 2 hours enjoying the collections.

Later that evening we went to the MGM Music Hall at Fenway to see Snow Patrol. We found a good spot not too far from the stage where Leandra could see around people, and the concert was a lot of fun.
