Progress in the past month has been extremely slow, but the past two days has finally seen an uptick in activity, with most of the screens installed, stairs, drainage, and the electric complete.

In preparation for the potential rain of this weekend gutters were installed today. Hopefully the screen doors and remaining screens will be installed shortly so that we can begin to enjoy the weather as we ease out of summer.
