Franklin Falls

Location: Washington
Directions: This waterfall is located near the Denny Creek campground area off I-90. Take exit 47, make a left and drive a short way to a T-intersection, turning right onto FR 58 toward the Denny Creek campground. We took the shortest route to the falls by picking up the trail about 1.5 miles past the campground. Park at a pullout on the right side of the road just before a sharp turn in the road. A moderately easy 0.6 mile RT hike. (Exit 47 was closed eastbound when we visited the area, but you can take exit 52, follow the directions to Fall-into-the-wall Falls and keep going down FR 58 to the trailhead on the left after a sharp turn in the road in about 2 miles.)
