Apple Orchard Falls

Directions: The trailhead for this falls is at the Sunset Field Overlook on the Blue Ridge Parkway at MP 78.4. After about 15 minutes, you'll reach the first cascade (first photo) which is a lovely resting spot. Keep going for another 10 minutes on a switchback trail to a series of stairs to reach the main falls. It is difficult to get a shot of the entire falls, but the trail itself is quite nice. 2.4 RT hike over moderate terrain-it's uphill the entire way back.
